What has Changed

In the Dark Ages they burned witches, because people accused of witch craft were believed to carry out magical spells and sorcery. There was no proof needed for the condemnation, just the charge repeated enough until people started to believe in the accused persons guilt.

Today we have reverted back to these times, where only the accusation of guilt is needed for the accuser to be judge and jury. In those days, people were kept in fear by the wrath of the church.

Now, propaganda - through public relations - not proof, screams over the voice of dissent, as the innocent are put to the horror of the incendiary bomb. There is no more proof needed now - that a certain country is a threat to western power, before that country can be attacked - than there was in the Dark Ages, when so called witches, were put to the stake.
